My long awaited GTX 1080 finally arrived today!

Just installed it and remove my place-holder GTX 750Ti ... ran Witcher III for a couple mins, ran everything maxed out at a perfectly stable 60 FPS. Will post more photos and updates once I'm done testing a couple things.

Super psyched!

Update 1 (27 june 2016):
----------------------------

This Steam summer sale left my wallet destroyed, so here's some newly bought stuff I plan on playing on the new GPU whenever time permits
- Far Cry Primal
- Witcher III + All DLC
- AC: Syndicate (had this from early days but the 40ish FPS on my 970 was a turn off, now I with glorius 60FPS on 1440p, it'll be a treat

Wishlist:
Tekken 7 on steam (gah, another 6 months of wait or more)
Next Kabylake i7, so I can say good bye to this 4790 and jump on the water cooling / ddr 4 bandwagon with a full upgrade
1080Ti, of course xD the more FPS the better
2x 4K screens. I got the 2516Ds earlier this year and they're the best quality screens you can buy but in 6-8 months, with the next crop of 4K screens, I believe it'll be worth the upgrade once they iron out all the issues with the current 4K monitors

Update 2 (28 June 2016):

Firestrike 1.1 score for this card with an i7-4790 and Got 14,800 which 3dmark says is better than 90% of all results.

You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
