Summing up my entire experience with AUTech & how the the moderators are epic.


I dealt with AUTech a month back through [MENTION=24345]Zeus MK[/MENTION] (Kamran), bought a 7870 XT Joker for 24.5k but after I receieved it there were some issues, the fan wasn't working. One thing led to another and the moderators got involved. After some negotiations, I sent the card back to [MENTION=24345]Zeus MK[/MENTION] who in turn gave it to AUTech to claim the warranty, fast forward a couple of weeks and even though the fan was fixed, the card had graphic corruption. (I didn't test it, [MENTION=24345]Zeus MK[/MENTION] & [MENTION=2126]Jshak[/MENTION] tested it and told me).
So I was given a choice to pay some more money and get an upgraded card or just get my money back.(I chose the latter).


I would just like to thank " JSHAK " that helped me get my money back. Even though it was spread over the course of more than a month I'm still glad that it all worked out in the end. If it weren't for JSHAK I would've had to live with a graphic card whose fan didn't work. So thanks a lot for helping me and hope you guys remain just as helpful to the next guy that ends up in trouble.


As far as my advice goes, dealing with AUTech is not something I would suggest unless you have absolutely no other choices. The so called "dead or burnt" warranty, in my experience is a pure scam. Heck, this card got worse after they were done with it.

Edit : I forgot to mention [MENTION=24345]Zeus MK[/MENTION] 's help in all of this, he has certainly cleaned up his name in my books and also lived up to his morals.

[MENTION=2126]Jshak[/MENTION] is a great person once me and some other PG fellows got into a hoax deal from a PG premium dealer(It was not his fault but his supplier became greedy) and the way Jshak intervened there are no words to explain that Junaid bhai is an awesome person(y)

man honestly if there is one man who has the ability to hold the flag of justice and humanity its none other than [MENTION=2126]Jshak[/MENTION]. when he's around you dont have to worry of being scammed.

Jshak is always available to help PG'er as a big brother and he will never ask you for a single rupee in return as earning, that shows how awesome he is a person.

I think that this incident should only improve Autechs impression. I remember previous incidents where the main issue was negligence of taking up responsibility on the part of the dealers, i remember the homeshopping incident.

In this case, AUTECH accepted the warranty, returned it, and when it developed additional problems, gave you your money back. I think that in no way shows them to be a fraudulent franchise. The way the OP described it, they seemed to be very cooperative.

    So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios.     Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.
