My friend bought Motorola Razr M few months back in used, it was working flawlessly but few days back it started to restart automatically, problem wasn't frequent at start but was there... he tried to solve the prob by himself, did everything from formatting sd card to restoring his cell to factory default but problem persisted now after a recent restart his phone is stuck on boot at droid eye. please help.
