MULTI Most Disappointing of 2012?

Most games on other lists weren't advertized as revolutionary, Dishonored was. Then it backed it up with good pre-realease story videos. Then it actually came out and was really bad(compared to how it was advertized).
AC3 because conspiracy theorists have made huge myths regarding the founding of America and Freemasons(Assassins or Templars) and this game about Assassins and Templars refused to use any of those.
On the opposite end Black Ops 2, despite fake Arabic in Lahore, was very good and the first time a military FPS(that I have played) made an effort to make a good and likeable villain.
Another one was Spec Ops which completely lived up to expectations even if it was a suicide attempt from the publisher's point of view(deliberately repetitive shooting to make a point, deliberately trying to look like Call of Duty to be able to pull off that point, no chance for sequel, a story so depressing that most players won't want to play it again to see alternate choices and designed to anger certain kinds of gamers).

Alan Wake was an Amazing game... A rare and unique experience ... I had this much fun when i last played Shadow of colossus....
But it still is a very different game from MP bro..... No comparisons here...
101% sure. For me, AC3 HAS to be the most disappointing game this year. Didn't live up to its expectations AT ALL. It's like as if the trailers were for a game with a completely different story. I barely saw anything in the game which I saw in the trailers! TRUE STORY!!
indeed, Alan Wake was a great game.
For me the biggest disappointment was Assassins Creed III hands down. I was so excited for it, but all in vain. Although I finished it but didnt liked it a bit!
Lol..... I am playing AC 2 right now just because i was so excited for AC 3 that i didn't wanted to play it without knowing the complete story..... Judging by the comments i think i'll continue with dishonored now :crying: Damn you Jade Raymond, Those looks Fooled me again !
for me it has to be Max Payne 3 coz the noir look and feel of the series is replaced with over-the-top hollywood blockbuster action which is totally NOT max payne style
and the second one has to be Diablo3...it was great for those who weren't series veterans but for me it was a total disaster. extremely short, boring boss fights, pathetic story coupled with very few classes. the only saving grace was that some classes were pretty fun and the loot hording part was still intact. torchlight 2 is the diablo experience one should be playing now.

Alan wake remedy ka hai jin ka MP1/2 tha. yeh MP se zyada close hai.Dude you can't compare MP3 to Alan wake, both are completely different games
But still man, both are completely different type of games.

So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios. I just want to say a giant F*** Y**! to Microsoft. THEY'VE F***ED UP BIG TIME this time.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
