Mobile Data Browsing issue on LG V20 (US996)

Hi ya'll

I recently bought LG V20 (US996), phone is working great but I am having this weird issue with 4G, it gets 4G signals good but nothing works like there is no internet connectivity, Google PlayStore, Chrome, Youtube non of the online apps work expcept Whatsapp (msgs, voice and video call and some attachments), everything works great on WiFi.

Wifi Hotspot works great and I am able to browes/download stuff on my laptop with my phones's 4G.

Here is where it gets interesting, the VPN apps work with the 4G on the phone and connects without any issues, once VPN is connected everything seems to work just fine all the apps work perfect but as soon as I disconnect the VPN everything stops working except Whatsapp.

Does anyone know what is causing this?

Just add manual dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and ur issue will be resolved

Thank you for the reply but where can I add these dns, I do not see any option to put in APN settings.

I am getting connectivity issue only one mobile data (I have mobilink 4G).

What APN settings are you using?

I have Mobilink 4G and its on default APN setting (connect.mobilinkworld.com / wap.mobilinkworld.com).

Change to following:

Name: Jazz
APN: connect.mobilinkworld.com (if you're on postpaid)
OR
APN: jazzconnect.mobilinkworld.com (if you're on prepaid)
MCC: 410
MNC: 01
Authentication type: None
APN type: default,supl

Then save the APN. Restart your phone and try using 4G.

APN setting setting are the same as you menstioned. 4G connects without any issues, but once connected there is no internet browsing or internet access to apps like playstore, youtube except Whatap (Texts, voice, video calls work except media downloads) but somehow all VPN apps work and VPN is activated everything starts to work youtube chrome facebook everything.
