Want To Buy Mini ATX casing for HTPC

Looking for a nice cpu mini atx casing to house my HTPC
Specs are

gigabyte h61mds2
I3 second gen
2 wd hdds
Geforce GT240
Samsung dream drive

Please guide me about psu requirement to run the aforementioned hardware

Casing should look like this

Any help in sourcing outthe casing with the required psu is appreciated

I'm running dual boot
Windows 8
Mac mountain lion 10.8.3

I have a 300 watt sfx psu which fots in mini itx cases

But it's 300 watts silverstone genuine supply. It's for mini itx cases

Did u checkout thermaltake case there was one on czone some long time back
