does it have BANDWIDTH CONTROLLER for different IPs.

I mean i have 2 mb ADSL Connection. When me and my frnd both connect at a time, lets say i have 192.168.1.100 and he has 192.168.1.101
But when i start downloading or youtube streaming, his net becomes dead slow, all speed is consumed by me. and when he starts downloading, i cannot surf the web.
so i need a router which can limit the speed on both ips.

bilkul is mai settings hai sub QOS ki bhi hai k ap lock laga lo or bandwich controler bhi hai lakin ager ye direct connect kiya jaye to or bhi behtar hai matlab ager ap k pass 2 mb ka single link hai to ap ptcl office ja ker un ko ye kehdo k adsl wapis le ker is router per config kerlo thts it wifi bhi hojaye ga cisco tto pata nhi pakistan mai kb aye lakin jub ayega us mai bhi ye wrk keray ga

Does it have QoS ?

Web Filtering ?

Internet Activity logging ?

I am looking for a router that has all of these features but can't find any .

Simply Use winProxy Software for Bandwidth Control....
