Life Lessons, what life has taught you so far?

We are a community of a diverse demographic, majority of us are in their early 20s and some are about to hit their 30s or have already crossed it.

This is the phase of life, where you lay the foundation of what you are to become. Through out this phase life teaches you a lot of lessons for the actions and decisions you took. The phase moves out so fast that you turn 30 and still feel like that you graduated from your masters just yesterday.

This is a post for those of you who want to share their experiences about life, its struggles, managing finances, job struggles, relationships and even marriage (well thats a bit personal, but its the internet).

Lets just start with my first lesson,

- Never trust people too early, there are all type of crazy ass persons which can go to extreme lengths.

Dont trust anyone too much(no matter how much that person tries to be good) or you are gonna learn the hard way(as i did)...Because this time/age we are living in is very harsh.

I had many dents in my confidence because i let it happen to me and even now i am not fully recovered from that completely.

Forgive, love and understand that everyone everywhere is human and is prone to make mistakes same is you. That you have to be better than who you are today, that money matters but not at the cost of your health or family or friends. That living life is not an expensive thing, and you can survive at a bare minimum so don't always take any stress and go to bed having anxiety, for that way you will die early.

That you will only find a couple of people who will love you with their best that you should value and cherish...and that you will find many people who you should never let go of in a million years, so keep in touch with them. Be grateful for what you have, and let it sink in that not everyone is destined to do great things on a global scale. That you have to forgive others to be happy yourself and that giving to others is a blessing, always.

And finally, in the immortal words of M.L. King, "Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?"

Don't let anyone take you for granted. Before you trust someone, try to see what they are behind their mask, for, every person has two masks over their faces(speaking metaphorically, of course) and behind these two masks is their true self: 1. Their true self which a person alone knows about, 2. The mask with which people close to a person know about and 3. The mask with which they present themselves to the world

You should at least know what someone's like with the second mask on, and to know someone that well, just give it time -- be it friendship or anything else for that matter. Test the person, like they say "A friend in need is a friend indeed". People who have no ulterior motives and do not envy you will stand by you no matter what. The ones who do, won't and will always disappear during your toughest times, in fact, they'll pity you.
So yeah, time unveils everyone's true self. And last but not the least, let no one judge you.

a little story about how people can get total assholes my bro was looking for a job his 2 well settled FRIENDs told him its very very very difficult to get a job of his choice my bro goes out passed 3 interviews out of 5 got a nice job and salary calls out and told them he got what he was after.

i asked how was your interviews he said buttery smooth dont let peoples dictate of what u can and cannot do put your 100% if failed try again and not lose your confidence.Seeing his confidence mine also boosted a lot.

trust is a common thing.Everybody ends up trusting somebody.However what life has taught me most is that never depend on anybody,not even your best friend.Life becomes so easy and comforting when you become independent.

Learn to say NO to people once in a while.

If life gives you an opportunity, grab it asap. Otherwise go and find opportunities by yourself.

Do not waste university life in tafreehs. Do courses in summers and winters whenever you can. Don't be a Abuses will lead to ban about learning new things.

If you are confident about something, you will definitely succeed in it.

It's okay if you don't get along with someone, you don't have to appease everyone.

- Don't keep expectations from anyone
- Don't judge a book by its cover
- Don't be a greedy bastard for the money, you will not get more or less then what is written in your fate by the almighty Allah.
- Never compare yourself with anyone, define your own personality.
- Be a good listener, always accept your mistake and a apology doesn't make you a small man!
- Be down to earth with the people, keep your attitude locked in your bedroom!
- Shareef banday ki respect karo, bharam baaz aur batameez banday ki G___ phar do!!

Just few lessons from my 30 years old life experience.

- Don't be a greedy bastard for the money, you will not get more or less then what is written in your fate by the almighty Allah.

- Paisa ana naseeb ki baat hai aur jana banday k haath me. So spend your money wisely because you never know when you might need it most.

- Only your family will stick with you till the end so love them above all.

- Be thankful to whatever God has blessed you with. There are billions of people out there who are sleeping around a garbage dump.

Also keep a backup of your Hard Drive after every 2 months or so. I lost so many pictures (of family/Bhallu) a week ago when my trusty old 500 GB drive suddenly failed.
