Go to the above link and click on the spoilers in StrikerXs 2nd post to show the link for the lowerping software. Download it and connect it to the England/France server. There are some people for whom this doesn't work but all my close friends use it and it works for them at least. So try it. Kiya jata hai.
Currently England is showing 180-190 ping and in game I get around 220. Certainly playable. There are some times when lowerping shows high values so its not perfect(rather its something ptcl changes from time to time), so just open lowerping and check what ping you are getting to EU servers(try France most of the time). Naturally the NA users should try a server there.
Remember that you have to connect it before you start a game. I've mostly heard this software working for PTCL users but other people can try it was well.

im gold 2 bracket current ELO is at 1790... been stuck in gold 2 for the longest god dam time... cant get out...your ELO??
im currently at 90 points need another match for yet another placement series... which i keep losing and getting bumped back to 60 points.... so frustrating...
main top and jungle roles... but can do anything well. Bursty ADCs only though... corki and graves.
Hmm i was at 1.6k elo, i dint play start of season 3, when i came i was in silver league i dont know what that was. Alot of changes been made, annoying, my favourite support item heart of gold removed. The amount of noobs and trollers have increased, i do support and jungle. Mid and Top only if forced... i think i do the best kog in the world
