LCD 46" Samsung Advice ISB

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a Samsung 46" HD LCD TV (530 series). My max budget would probably be 150k for this, but preferably around the 130k mark is better.

I need to know of some good reliable dealers in Islamabad for this. There are lots of stores ripping people off with second-hand TVs with broken pixels, etc and only personal warranties (claiming that it's a proper warranty).

I have no idea what to do. I'll appreciate any advice, thanks

I would suggest u to buy a single Bravia bx 400 (40inches) or two of em if u want to maximize ur fun

One will cost around 75k and two will 150k

When ever you open your mind, I find dust and wobble coming out. No offense. I have an LCD 46 Inch installed at my premises and there is a huge difference in the result. I own a 40 Inch LCD as well Full HD. Comparing both, Huge difference. 46 LCD is now adays found at unofficial channels at 109 lakh and warranty one is 130. I sugguest get the baggage one. It will suit your purpose.

I myself had to claim warranty on dead pixels,thank God i bought it from Sony centre so my advice to you would be if you're investing that much then buy from the official distributors of that brand.e.g Sony has Sony centre outlets,so if you're looking for a samsung then get it from the official distributor since tbh if there is even one dead pixel on your brand new lcd it can be the most annoying thing.

Jshak and CoLdFuSiOn, you're both right. Thanks for the input. I've found a good official distributor in Blue Area who's given me a brilliant offer. Rs. 125,000 for a Samsung LN46C550, with a 2-year warranty from the Samsung sevice center, plus he's thrown in the wall mount brackets and a dvd-player for free.

I don't think I could have asked the guy for any more than that, haha. Thanks again fellas for your help!
