Laptop in 40k?

Okay. So which laptop is the best one to get in 40k range. I wont be going for used!! The screen size must be more than 10 inches. And it will be mainly used for internet surfing, watching videos, Microsoft office and Photoshop/editing. Please suggest accordingly.
