guys hope you are doing well.i am very confused regarding some mobile device buying issue.
i have a hp dv6 7000tx gt230 m core i7 laptop.it was good when i bought it in 2010 and is working flawlessly to date but i want some improvments

things i want
1.1080p display(is there a difference coming from 1366x768 laptop)
2.dedicated gpy like nvidia or amd currently on gt230m
3.want to play strategy games like civilization and do a lot of corel draw graphic work i wount say its intense but it does slows my core i7 laptop .......
4.laptop/tablet will my holy grail for all my pc needs(torrents, work, video watching, youtubing and etc you know the life we have with our pcs)
5.will be better if its under 70k

QUESTIONS

q1 is 1080 p display laptops have sharper and better display then the 1366x768 on paper they do but i want a comment of someone who used both of these screens.
Q2.will a tablet like the new ones with keyboards be able to handle civilization and coreldraw( ofcourse any like surface 1 and those touchscreen hybrid laptop/tablets)
Q3.or should i stick with my current laptop?

all and any help be very very appreciated

regards
so

Answer 1: Yes, there's a very noticeable difference b/w 1366x786 and 1080p display laptops.

Answer 2: If your laptop can't handle these things, then I doubt a tablet would be able to. But this is just conjecture on my part. (Edit: Also, those touchscreen/hybrid laptops will cost more too. IMO You'd be better off getting a more powerful regular laptop instead of spending money on gimmicks like swivel screens and such :p

Answer 3: Do upgrade if you can afford it, because a 1080p display laptop is just SO much more fun to use, and if it comes with a discrete graphics card, then of course it'll help in any apps that can use harware acceleration.

1) 1080p display is like a black guy once u c that over 720p u wont b able to go back to blurry shitty 720p screen
2) no tablets cant run windows games as games r mostly for , Games for windows , even the Surface tablet doesnt hve Full WIndows it has windows RT
3)yeah u should upgrade if u can and i would recomnnd if ur gng for 1080p go for 17inch as 15.6 u wll c stuff very tiny unless u adjust it from personalizatoin to 125-150%
