It looks like PG down time will take more time as we are in constant contact with the datacentre, unfortunately they told us that there might be some hardware problem with the our box and they are running a full hardware scan which will take some time, once we get our access back then I will see if there's any software issue (in case if hardware test went well), tomorrow is a working day too, so if we don't get a reply from the provider within next few hours then unfortunately we have to wait till the evening <_< I know this is annoying but we have the same feelings as well!
