iShopping vs. HomeShopping - Reliability Question

They are in the same boat as Homeshopping.pk, their stuff might be from same source... But ishopping.pk customer services doesn't look very good...
Their support person speaks like Taxi Wala......

I ordered ipod 4g from them and they kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow until 7 days passed and i canceled my order...

When you write a negative feedback on their facebook, they will delete it... Homeshopping atleast takes negative feedbacks

I would rate products from both ishopping and homeshopping the same... But customer services of homeshopping.pk is better...atleast homeshopping gives 7 days compared to 3 days replacement warranty by ishopping.pk..

But remember... either it's homeshopping or Ishopping , always try to check product first before paying.. This is the basic principle of Cash on Delivery...

I beg to differ Sir, they don't! They haven't posted my...lets see... 3 comments which i can remember. One of my comment which i posted on their site recently can't be seen there although all my other comments have been posted. Before posting one of the comment, i even sent them an email but even after 3 days there is no response!

I don't know about ishopping.pk but I myself met with a very bad experience with homeshopping.pk...Make sure that you have matched the imei of handset with the box if you are purchasing any cellphone from Hs coz Last week I ordered SE Xperia Neo from Hs and they sold me with an unmatched imei box but after wasting my huge time and bal on complaining Hs they gave me a local imei printed sticker box......The issue is of box,coz that the previous sticker on the box is pulled off and then pasted a new imei printed sticker which can be easily judged and still they are nuts thats why they forget to match the serial no......Serial no. is still unmatched with the box as I checked my previous xperia mini x10 whose imei and serial both matched with the box which I got from abroad.....

First of all I would like to confirm that Mr Usman is really our customer and he did buy a phone from us having Order number #15050 . He bought the Xperia NEO and was delivered to him as cash on delivery and if there was a case of him getting a different box then he should have checked on delivery before as that is his right and there is a reason why we are offer Cash on delivery well even if he did not check here at Home Shopping we offer a 7 days money back warranty then use it !! .... We first raised this complain on our facebook page and exactly the same text as above that we sold him a refurbished phone and all ( how come its refurbished if it came with the wrong box ? ) well a mistake happened from our of which he told our rider who came to deliver the phone and he then as by the time he reported sold the other phone with that box so two customers ended up getting the wrong boxes but he could have complained that we wants a replacement instead of asking the rider to look into it .. Well since yesterday that he started saying this we have called him many times and also left him a txt msg and never got a reply .. So now we are using this forum as we are sure you are reading this now your 7 days are still not over so please bring it back for a full refund or just give us a call at least and we shall send the same rider to pick your phone back... btw if in any order you face a problem which happens all over the world with any retailer you contact [email protected] and we report to that the same day and make sure the customer is satisfied right away strange that not even a single email was sent while you just went on every forum and blog and wrote all this .. any ways we are now waiting for your call to issue a refund .

Well after reading this post on pakgamers.com,today Mr.Shayaan called me and accepted his mistake that we printed a imei sticker and pasted on your xperia box but he said set is 100% new not refurbished he told me some proofs of it and I am pretty satisfied that phone is new its not refurbished and on the issue of imei sticker he accepted his mistake you can not call it a mistake...lolzzzzzzzz..but atleast he offer me a cash return even after 7 days but I don't want to return my phone as I am already using it and it contains my useful data,so its better for me to keep it with me and I am sorry to called it a refurbished set coz set is new.......

In the end I will say atleast homeshopping after sales services are good as compared to local cellphone dealers in Pakistan............

Bro I bought it for 26990 but it is increased to 27990 and now it is out of stock not only on homeshopping,you can not find it new anywhere easily coz sony ericsson stopped neo production because it is making dent on SE arc and ray.You can go for neoV as it is also good.Diff is neo has 8 mg cam,comes with 8gb card and air block handsfree while neov is 5 mg cam,comes with 2gb card and simple handsfree........

@Revolute bro I recommend you to pay buy from homeshopping.pk coz their after sales services are very good and their 7 days money back checking warranty rocks.....Well arc s is far better than neo V and neo but it is also out of stock and arc s is 10k more expensive than neo V......Well Its my suggestion only,now its your own choice........

I Supply Fones into market. so i know everything about it. i suggest to everyone whenever and from anywhere you buy mobiles then ask from them to give you both rates copy box and original box. coz almost iphone, blackberries & HTC fones u get in local fone. not original coz there is around 3k to 5k difference. so everyone sell copy box.

Assalam Alaikum

I had never purhchased from homeshopping.pk anything.

Now i had seen a mobile i want to buy that, I want to know something about Homeshopping.pk

1- Will they provide cash on delivery to my CIty ( SHIKARPUR) ?
2- will their service is good according to delivery ?
3- will they roll back the mobile if i see any fault with mobile ?
4- If they say to deposit first then/ SHOULD i do that ?
