Is Acer good at manufacturing Laptops?

I am actually very interested in buying an Acer Laptop (or more precisely Ultra-book). However when I looked up the internet for reviews about Acer, the vast majority of opinions talked of Acer laptops as if they were made of cheap material, faulty and not up to the mark.
The laptop I am interested in is the Acer Aspire V7 (1080p touchscreen, core i5, 8 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, 16 GB SSD and Nvidia GT 750M).
If someone has used or is using any high-end or mid-range Acer laptops, please reply to this post with your experience.

to be very much honest and according to my personal experience ACER laptops are ALWAYS faulty , different kind of hardware and internal software issues happens EVENTUALLY

even with the new ones

STAY away from ACER , forget Acer

ASUS Laptops are Too GOOD , Must say great in performances , reliability and most of all DURABILITY
