[SOLVED] Iphone 6s 128gb, issue in first use. need help please.

ever heard about Panzica? my phone asks me to enter Panzica credentials eg. user id and password, to continue the first setup use. for now i cant use my phone, guyz any idea what iam dealing with here?
its a new phone, i unpacked it my self.

I've never heard about Panzica, a Google search also shows no results that are related to both iPhone and Panzica.

Could you elaborate more on the problem and possibly post a picture of the device in it's current state?

Did you buy your phone second hand? If so, it sounds stolen. If it asks for user and pass in the first setup, that means the phone was wiped without the previous owner logging out of the account the phone was tied to.

it was a brand new phone, unpacked it myself. I took it back to the shopkeeper, and asked him to deal with it, and said that i dont any login credentials or anything just give me normal phone and so he did. thanks for your help guyz [MENTION=42544]murtaza12[/MENTION] and [MENTION=104006]v9sp[/MENTION] and yes it was asking for panzica login from the very beginning. could only make emergency calls.
