I am ordering a watch cost $200 from aliexpress. Should I order it without any tension from Pakistan custom? I have ordered stuff before but buying expensive item first time from them.

Anybody had any issue before kindly let me know.

Rest assured. I also get things from aliexpress. Just ask your seller to keep the value under 20$.

He is right. Make Request your seller to Show minimum possible Declared value on the packing List. i:e $50 or below. Last time, I paid Rs. 6000/- PKR as Sender showed the Original cost $99 as Declared value on PC Components. :fp1:

DHL is mostly used and optimal service. while EMS have weird tracking mechanism on website. However, they are fine too. In My experience Both are safe.

Make your mind for 3-4K and 5K just in case, so you can cover on time

if i had to share my worst experience, then I remember I also paid 9K on 14K products. that ruined my experience with UPS. They charge too much, however, it may be due to multiple stations. Since the package was in transit from Germany and it had to land and re-transit 2-3 airports in order to reach in Pakistan.

What?? Lol. I ordered through EMS to stay on safe side. It charged me extra 30 dollars. Although the free shipping through China airmail was present. Should I be concerned with custom phada?

If karachi can see something can be done. Between how much declared value did u ask the seller to add in ?

Was hoping you or someone else here could help me out. My brother recently returned from the US and I had him bring me parts for my PC. Sadly when he landed in Lahore only one of his Bags had arrived, he filed a report and they told him that they'd call him back when the bag arrives. It's been 3 days and yet no calls and the status check on the Etihad website still says "tracking bag". Is their a way to speed this process up? What are the odds that they find the bag in the first place? What happens if they cannot find the bag?

EDIT - He traveled on American airlines from Lubbock to Dallas to Abu Dhabi and then on Etihad to Lahore

As per airline insurance rule. They will have to pay upto $10k per passenger, if lost. Mostly they will locate it. Airlines would not like pay that much amount for any reason for a baggage loss. Mostly your luggage will be with you in a week or a little less. They will let you know via the traces of their baggage footages.

Common issue in baggage delays these days.
Airlines transfers baggages in the next coming airline of their carrier if not loaded.

so wanted to know how much it would cost for him to send 1 studio headphone, that costs below $100
the box will not be sealed as he will check the item before sending me. and should he use dhl or fed ex or any other courier service ? will there be an issue with the custom ?
