Hi guys, been with PTCL for over a year now in ISL and the connection is absolute trash and I'm looking to move to another provider. Looked into Nayatel but they aren't available in my area so I'm thinking of getting a 4g device and I mainly play Dota 2/CSGO. I'd like some help as to which device/service to get.

If you want a reliable/consistent service then get a fixed broadband line. 3G/4G services will not be as reliable. Look for some other provider that provides fixed broadband service. Either get Fiber, DSL or cable. I had a fiber optic and DSL connection back in Saudi Arabia and both were pretty reliable/consistent in terms of stability and ping. 4G will be bad for gaming considering the crap infrastructure of Pakistan even though 4G worked decently in Saudi Arabia.
Check if fiberlink provide service in your area, if they are go for it.

4g connection isn't reliable for online gaming. I used to play League of Legends on Zong 4g and it wasn't the same as it was on PTCL.
