AoA everyone,
I was just curious that if I make a fake account on payapl and get some money in it, will I be abale to buy something from play-asia with that money? I mean do you need any kind of verfication of the account before being able to purchase or not? This procces won't take more than a day so I don't think there will be a chance of account getting blocked.

Okay I just found out that I will need to add a credit card which I can not obviously. Is there any other thing I can do? I just want to buy something from play-asia using themoney from my payza account. I was thinking of exchanging it with paypal and then making the payment through paypal but that won't work I guess.

Eh, why use paypal when you can buy it directly from your credit card from playasia?

If you create a fake account paypal will detect it but not do anything about it until you try to send money. At that point in time it will freeze your account and ask for documents. It calls this account limiting. Because it is a fake account you won't be able to provide documents and you will loose your money.

If you want to know how paypal detects fake accounts I will tell you. It is trivial to map IP addresses to geographical locations. There are entire companies dedicated to providing this service. An example being maxmind.com. So paypal knows you are not from the country you claim to be and that is a violation of its ToS. But it won't do anything to stop you right away. You can create an account and receive money. But when you attempt to spend that money it will freeze your account.

Note using a VPN or proxy or some other anonymizing service is also not a good idea. Maxmind and their ilk also maintain mappings of IP address to proxy providers. Using a proxy is also grounds for account freezing.

I don't know. Why don't you ask them? All I know is what I've learnt from my own experience and from what you can read on paypal's OWN SITE. In other words why listen to random people online? Get it straight from the horse's mouth. Visit paypal's site and read their ToS. See which countries they support.
