express entry system is there for you first chk your score on csr tool that what will be your score than chk the result of last draw for the minimum score they go for.if you think you can come in that score r near to it then you have to create express entry profile and in every draw if your score exceeds their announced score then you will receive invitation to apply for permanent residence
