i7-2600 (Non-k) But i have slight overclock can go 3.9Ghz on all cores (4.2 single core) (Beats the i7-3770) Same cooler will be given as shown in pics.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
