Dont worry , PTCL DSL is starting its services in Abbottabad from 15April onwards,they were given the deadline to fix the equipments till 31March and were going to launch on 1 April but the program delayed and now its starting from 15April, I am confirmed because I did went to the exchange myself
Well for starters you can visit games.dsl.net.pk. It contains list of Pakistan servers which are running 24/7. Just follow the instructions there and start playing online. If you are interested in DOTA then download gg-client.
