HTC One worth the cash in this age? Or some other phone under 50k?

Hey guys,
I've got a decent offer for HTC one which I don't really want to loose, Hence, the Urgent tag. I'm still confused though, if I should get the HTC One in this age, is it worth the cash? If yes, why so and if no, why so?

I've got around 50k in budget which can be stretched out a bit. But I'll like to spend to less than that since I need cash for other stuff too.

P.S Samsung is a no go, Plastic is totally out of my taste and so is the laggy Touchwiz.

My Requirements/Uses:
1. The phone should look nice, it has to look nice and feel nice.
2. Quick to Charge and should have a really good battery
3. The mobile's battery needs to be really good with browsing since it'll be connected to internet 24/7
4. I'll be using it for texting, emailing, social networking and occasionally for videos and games

That's about it. I was thinking of stretching the budget and getting an iPhone 5S, given the latest benchmarks I saw, should I do so?

Thanks,

HTC is going to pretend the One doesn't exist after they release their new flagship in a week. I wouldn't spend 50k on it TBH, with its successor right around the corner. Either wait for that, or get the 5S.

I get your point there. HTC has a habit of doing that. Btw while we're discussing 5S, could you guide me about Gevey and Factory? I haven't ever been able to get it.

Nexus 5 has a below average battery life when it comes to Internet. Would have surely gone for it otherwise

Simple; get the factory unlocked version and don't ever even think about 'software unlocked' or 'gevey sim'.

You won't be satisfied with an android phone because the ones that charge quickly and have a good battery backup don't look good. Get an iPhone 5S, looks good and has a pretty decent battery backup plus iPhones charge really quickly.

I won't recommend a 5s as u wont find a Top notch in 50k but if u can it is the best smartphone around
I personally switched from iPhone 4s to nexus 5 n I'm loving kitkat n nexus 5 build quality very good for the price specs r snapdragon 800 16gb 1920x1080 445ppi n tons of stuff which I never had on iphones n KitKat looks a lot better than ios7 (got it for 40k)
I suggest save a bit more n grab a note 3 best ur money can have

Like others have mentioned before me, I'd suggest you wait for the next batch of flagships to come out. That way, prices will fall on current phones and you'll be able to save up as well. Although, with your battery requirements, iPhone is an obvious choice.

i switched from a Nexus 5 to an Iphone 5s a few days ago :)

The 5s has all the things which you mentioned above , while the Nexus 5 has neither of those.

If you are looking for battery life in stock form ( no root / custom kernels ) . Stay away from the Nexus .
