How to buy from Ali express?

Hey guys. I was thinking to buy ryzen 5 3600 from ali express but i don't know much about buying from ali express.
So general tips would be really helpful.
Also,
Any idea if the customs charge tax on processors?
What additional things i should let the seller know before sending the processor?
Estimated delivery time?

DONT!

Far more khuwari in these electronics.

Get one locally, or get something else.
It's not worth the trouble.
