How is Galaxy's Warranty?

So well Galaxy has a laptop i'm interested in , the ASUS K40ij . So i thought i would order it from Galaxy karachi. But the thing that concerns me is their warranty. Now because i live in islamabad, i'm afraid that if in the future i claim warranty for the laptop galaxy might give me some trouble because its always better to go to the shops personally, and the shopkeepers dont take so much notice on phone.


So anyone who has had previous experience with galaxy, can you please tell me, how is their after sales support?



P.S: If you are from a city other than Lahore and Karachi than that would be even better

while you buying laptop galaxy might tell you to contact the asus dealer yourself at some abc place for warrenty issues later on
P.S thats what they told me that i have to claim warrenty myself at bla bla place if needed

My older graphics card got burnt up due to a faulty fan. I sent it to them with a letter and a copy of the receipt. For good measure, I emailed them as well.
I got it replaced and all is well now. I found the galaxy reps very helpful during the process. Absolutely no complaints from my side :)

Graphic card warranty is standard. They take 3-4 weeks before replacing. Ask them before buying. They may have different policy for laptops.

    So i just found out that f***ing s***bag Microsoft shut down Arkane Studio (makers of the brilliant Dishonored series) and Tango Gameworks (makers of the iconic The Evil Within series), among some other studios.     Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
