Hotspot shield kill utorrent

Salam guys. As the title suggests, whenever i connect hotspot shield to go around the site restrictions , my uploading and downloading dies as in my utorrent acts as if it's not connected to the internet at all. What gives? Does everyone experiences this? Is there any way around it?

It doesn't allow torrent. Most vpn and proxy don't

Try ultrasurf, I won't kill torrents but has p**n filter too. So don't expect "Miracles" while it allows Youtube and pretty much any good site.

You have to either restart utorrent or restart ur system with HSS turned on for it to work properly.

Still, I get relatively lower speeds with HSS on than turned off. That and pings in online games suck @$$ too...

Better to run both things seperately imo

Meh I suppose i should just connect hotspot only when needed then, so that my utorrent functions the rest of the time

I use BTguard and also GigaNews's VPN, They both works perfectly fine with my torrent and doesn't even give a single problem with downloading!

So all you need to do is just go and buy your own VPN except using cracked software! : )

Install Tixati...utorrent us pure crap...It wouldn't even download on normal settings let proxy alone.

I;ve always wondered how the heck an app thats only couple hundred kbs can take upto 30-60 mb RAM on your system... these days if I add multiple torrents thru magnet links m utorrent hangs and even delets some already running ones that've not properly initialized...

I have downgraded to 2.2.1 and its much better. now a days each new update brings more ads instead of features.
