@sdsffwe Welcome to Pakistan. :)

Just stumbled upon your thread now and I must say I enjoyed the responses. It's heartening to see so many people spare time and patience to assist you. I sure do hope it helped you settle in.

I realize that I am late in responding to any of your questions and I don't really know about 'modding' EVO Nitro, but PTCL sure is a great alternative to Nayatel. You can get a 4MBPS or 10MBPS broadband connection along with a landline telephone installed if you wish. That would be an alternate to EVO Nitro (minus the portable dongle ofcourse).

I noticed somebody mentioned Rawalpindi being the dark city and you probably misunderstood it as being a dangerous one. I don't mean to play the devil's advocate here but being a resident of Rawalpindi, I can tell you it's a good place to find stuff (ranging from garments to consumables) for cheap. Sure, it isn't as 'clean' or as developed as Islamabad but it is certainly not the Gotham that you might just have started to think it is. :D Just thought I would clarify that for your understanding.

I hope you thoroughly your stay here. :)

Stay blessed.

Damn you are really unlucky to move from an epic country like Korea (South right?) to Pakistan.
But it's better if you're shifting to Isb because that's probably the safest place in the country and also there's a hill station located pretty close to it so you can visit it during the summers to chill out a li'l bit. Pick pocketing I think is prominent in ALL parts of the country no matter where you live, so try your best to keep your iPhone 5 hidden and carry around an extra cheap mobile. Also if you're conscious about getting your things stolen then keep an extra wallet with around 500RS in it.
Overall Pakistan is a pretty ok~ok country when you compare it with Korea, but you'll have an enjoyable time if you manage to befriend a few people (and learning Urdu is necessary if you want to fit in).

Islamabad is like Seoul but cheaper petrol(or gas) and nothing fun to do. It's the safest you'll be anywhere in Pakistan. Guns are legal to own and carry if you get a permit, which requires greasing lots of palms. Only drink Bottled Water, and even then from major brands, like Nestle or Pepsi, at least in the beginning. People will stare at you, but only because they have never seen a Korean person.

While there is a safety and Law & Order issue in the country, urban Washington DC is far more dangerous place to live than anywhere in Pakistan, or for that matter the whole world.

Just looking at all these posts make me realize how awesome pakistan really is.

@OP, from my perspective, you will definitely have a good time in there.
BTW are you still having your education?, if so it would be better to ask these guys about a good school or university to go in

Anymore off topic, crappy, trolling, unpatriotic and unhelpful posts beyond this post will have consequences.

If you don't like Pakistan, keep your ignorant, stupid moronic comments to yourself.

Thank you

keep calm and carry on.

Aside from other things, Isloo offers a lot of outdoors activities Trekking on the nearby hills or sports fields which are around almost every corner and people who are actually playing stuff other than cricket only.

BTW, i started Ghost of Tsushima, and it got me hooked within the first couple of minutes. I already know It's gonna be a memorable experience. This is how you make a proper Samurai game. Not that SJW game Ubisoft is making.

That's still higher than it's total play length. A 5 hour campaign for a $50 game is downright scammy.

Consoles were my main platform ever since Atari 2500. But now I think it's not worth it as PC especially with DLSS deliver far smoother performance. AW2 on console didn't even had ray tracing and ran below 30fps. Similar issues plagues DD2 on consoled.
The cross gen era really made people think 60fps would be a new standard lol

Welp, done with Hellblade 2. Thoroughly disappointed. Such a nothing burger after the unique experience of the first game.

I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

It is indeed the worst generation by far.

Both PS and Xbox have been a flop this gen as they can barely maintain 30 fps in a lot of AAA games th.

  • L LegacyGamerGuy:
As per WCCF Tech review, Xbox Series X doesn't even maintain a consistent FPS and sometimes drops into the mid-20fps range. That's unacceptable, tbh.

Score 1 for game pass. I wouldn't pay full price for this at retail either.

Just downloaded my first legit digital PC game on GoG at a discount of $8: Two Point Hospital. The same team behind Theme Hospital Two Point Studios now part of Sega. And I am having more fun than most recent AAA games except of course BG3.

Still, I don't like either Sony or Microsoft as they are focusing more on corporate greed than delighting customers. PC gaming is best of gaming and worth every penny.

PC Gamer score of 58/100 for Hellblade 2??? Is it really worse than Gollum that was 64/100? Microsoft games can't even come close to high scores of Sony exclusives apparently.

About the Microsoft (and Sony) debate, I feel both have become too greedy and losing their minds over corporate greed. Personally, I will never buy any console next gen and switch to PC gaming where democracy reins.
