guys i have a problam i have a pc i3 3.30 GHZ ram is 2 gb and vga is 9400 gt 1 gb but my pc get laggs while i play the company of heros 1 and 2 and men of war all versions i have tried the men of war assualt squad 2 and assualt squad 1 even on the lowest graphics what is the issue ? i think its ram problam my windows is win 7 i just need an opnion thanx

Walikum salaam, It could be a heating issue with cpu/gpu, check temperatures at load.

i checked the cpu/gpu if this problam appearing because of cpu/gpu then it should happen all the time whenever i try to play some game like AC 3 and AC 4 game runs smoothly for 2 minutes or 3 minutes and after 2/3 minutes game lags like a slow down and after 30 secs and 40 secs it comes to normal again so i think its RAM issue i have checked from task manager everytime my ram is used around 1 gb for all other computer process 1 more thing this thing never happend before while i played the MAX PAYNE 3 that game is also heavy and better then men of war or company of heroes but never lags so now i am runing a virus scan why my memory is so much used well thanx anyway if someone know something about it let me know

2: If you're getting lags after a smooth gameplay of 3-5 minutes. - It could be heat issues then.

Well. for the best.
I can just tell you to sell it away at a shop for cheap. and furthermore, they'll do whatever they want to make a profit of it.

IF you can do that.
Or you can go the advanced way (Worthless on that GPU) is
1: Buy a thermal paste. reapply on that small cooler.
2: check it on a computer store.

Though, i dont recommend either of that.

Its time for a newer GPU! (Banana Recommendation)

oh i have searched about thermal paste and now i have found shit its a problam of thermal paste 2 years before i accedently broke my vga fan and then i need to replace it i didnt know how to open it and i removed the heatsink from the main chip of the vga and i didnt added the paste after i brought the new fan since then this problam happend and i thought all this is happening because of my cpu which is core 2 duo i have changed 2 core 2 duos becuase of it damm how silly i was i never seek help from anyone and i didnt checked it before on google well thanx anyway banana and all others i have a low budget around 5 or 6K Rs so ill go to different shops in my city and try buying the latest one of inno 3d which fits my budget how about the using the thermal paste is it will solve my problam ?

i'd look around the market instead of still using that GPU.

So i'd bet on the new one now!
Try to find a GT240 if you can or a GTS 250.

and also can i put PCI E 3.0 CARD IN PCI E 2.0 ? and what about dvi to vga ? is it will work properly i never used that kind of converter i only use the vga cable can be a performence issue of the card with that kind of converter ? let me know you know anything thanx bro

Bro Increase ur ram upto 8gb
Replace ur gpu its outdate now for new and for some old games
Ur pc Lags while gaming because ur hardware do not have enough power to run these game...
