Assalam O alaikum

I'm thinking to buy a new GPU
My current budget lies between 11-13k (Which I know is less)

My current specs are
Core i3 4130 3.4Ghz
Asus H81M-K
6GB 1600mhz (Will be selling those and grab 8gb in near Future, In Shaa ALLAH)
Antec Three Hundred
GX550W Bronze 80+

ZR2740W 27" IPS LED (2560X1440)

I know my native resolution is kinda high according to my cpu but I need to buy a card that can handle GTA V , Watch Dogs and Hardline on High settings on Native resolution (1440p) Not on Ultra, I've been going through reviews about 2k support cards and they are out of my budget. Well let me come to the point

My question 1:
Can 750ti 2GB runs mentioned games on mentioned settings on mentioned resolution :p

My question 2:
If i downgrade resolution to 1080p while playing a game, Will it give blur display (I tried on most wanted 2 and it was looking very weird at 1080p ZR27 but I should need to know about other games)

note: if any one is willing to sell 750Ti/R7 265 OC/7870 under vendor warranty (Yes, must a warranty) in Karachi then please PM me

JazakAllah

Finding a 1440p/1080p GPU in 11-13k is impossible. You would have to sacrifice a lot of settings to achieve that. You have already mentioned the options yourself. All of them are good but none of them are designed for your required resolution.

Best option would be like GC said is to save up and get a card that would do justice to your display no point in getting a Gpu which will make GTA run like a slideshow in 1440p.

If not possible then consider down-scaling to 1080p.

If It will give clear display on 1080p then I'm going for 750Ti

Most displays doesnt give a "clear" output on non-native resolution such is their nature.
so, you can try using one of those softwares that will downscale but then again, nothing beats real experience.

Purchasing a GPU for 2560x1440 in 11-13k range would not be a wise choice. If you wanna go with GTX 750 Ti then you need 1080p resolution which is indeed a sacrifice. You'll get between 30-35 FPS on GTA V paired with i3 processor. If you don't want to downgrade to 1080p resolution then at least purchase R9 280X or GTX 960.

i'm ready to downscale to 1080p If it won't blur the display that will destroy gaming experience. Thats why am getting scared about it.
If there is any software that can help me clear the display almost as Native resolution of the screen so that'd be great. In games, Yes.
is R7 265 2GB a good purchase over 750ti?

265 15 percent better performance in general. 750ti less power consumption and a better overclocker than 265 due to its maxwell architecture.

Lol you just can't play on high settings with that card you would atleast need gtx 770 or r9 280x to play the game at 1440p And the gpu you would need should have 3-4GB VRam

No one here would know much about it since people here first buy a good enough GPU then go for a compatible display. You have it the other way around. You are better off googling it.
