i think yes bcz the min psu recommended is 420watt but if you want to run your rig safe then i recommened you to get 500watt or better

Thermal Master is a very unreliable PSU, its made to run stock system's (not an external GPU).
But according to your question, it may work as a GTX-550ti isn't a heavy card (but really not recommended).

At least a 500W of CM you should consider for running that GPU.

Its only a risk to take man (apart from overclocking), woh baad ki baat hai.
It would be more like this that the PSU would fry all your PC component's and then it'll blow up (if you want that to happen, be my guest).

The MOST COMMON cause of long term Motherboard failure... is voltage output irregularities by PSU...

Bad PSU doesnt have to blow up instantly... it can cause LONG TERM failures also....

People underestimate HOW IMPORTANT a good PSU really is...

Bhai think of it as, any card which requires an external power connector to run the GPU wouldn't be good to run it at all. I'am not sure but I think that 5670 doesn't require an external power connector. I know that GT-240 doesn't either.

420w run the gpu but i recommend u to purchase cm 500w ...

The things you suggested would do fine, a membet is also selling his 500w same psu,check out marketplace.

It can run but not for much time maybe after week or two ur gpu or psu might be down bcz of huge load...dont take risk
