[HELP] PC major problem

Ok, some of you might remember that i recently asked for help building my first gaming pc a few months ago... In any case my final build shaped up like this
Pentuim G620
4Gb kingston ram
Hd 6770
ASUS P8H61MLX
ANTEC BP430 430W psu
500 GB hdd
The whole setup was supported by A cooler master case with 2 LED fans + 1 that is already there

I was using this pc for 2 months and it worked perfectly giving me great frame rates in games like GTA 4, La noire Skyrim, Batman, AC series etc.
Then one day i closed it and when opened it 5-6 hours later boom i got no display...
I took it to galaxy i bought it frm there) where they diagnosed it and told me that my processer and motherboard were both dead. He asked me whether i had any voltages or such problems, i fed him some bs that i was using a 10k stabilizer and ups.. and he agreed to RMA the processer. I will have to RMa motherboard through Shingtech( yet to go there).
OK, so now i want to ask whether any of u had a similar exp. This was my first gaming pc and i admit that i used it rather roughly( i had about 10 pirated games at a time) and no anti-virus + i was running my windows 7 trial on an infinite loop using the some rearm tip. I dont use any stabilizer or ups bcoz in my area there is rarely any loadsheding or voltage prob .

So can u guys plz suggest how can i avoid ruining my hardware or whether my isuue was a manafactural one? This time i was saved by the warranty but my rma will take nearly 3 weeks and im really missing gaming

All you can do is get better and solid components, mainly the motherboard and PSU. The motherboard you have is a budget board. I don't think that it'll be fair to expect too much from it. And it's basically luck if your system goes dead on the first day or even if it last 3+ years without any problem.

you actually cant trust any electrical device... all you can do is use good stablizer. ..and tell me one thing. is you PSU okay ?? if its okay than how can be it voltage problem :crying:

thats is really rare....bro..
the board can go dead but the cpu......its a 1 in a 1000 case...
soo really shocking on that one...
but be very careful with the voltage...
and try to check ur psu..
and do use a stabalizer......and if the light goes even once a week....
u need a ups for the system..
becoz this can be really dangerous....so be very careful next time...!!!

I think my PSU is fine because it is antec. I think that is one of the reasons why the shopkeeper agreed to RMA otherwise he would have blamed my psu for the problem. I guess i will buy a stabilizer. And also a ups if i can afford it.

it could be a short circuit inside the mobo which also messed up with the CPU perhaps your mobo may had a malfunction from the beginning hence at last ended up on this accident

u didnt abuse ur gaming PC. A pc is meant to work like a machine because it is a machine... Voltage fluctuation doesnt cause much damage specially with the newer PSUs... It was just ur bad luck bro...

I belive this is the most reasonable explanation... becoz i built pcs before with intel board and all of them are working perfectly...
I dont think i will ever use an ASUS motherboard again... shittiest company ever and warranty claim in pak for asus is a headache with those bastards at SHINGTECH.
