Help needed: Running games off of HDD [STRANGE!]

Hey guys just recently bought a 4Gb slim 360 with 320Gb HDD, it had plenty of games installed. Please read through and help me the best you can, thanks.

Notes -
Board: Trinity
Glitch Type: Glitch2
NXE Dash: 16357
Installed FSD using the latest installer available (no beta updates installed)
Installed DashLaunch 3.11 to boot F3 on start

Here is what the trouble is, the games already installed on the HDD run fine, don't need discs. They are rips AFAIK, for example the directory structure is like HDD:\My Games\GOW3\*files* (they are not GOD containers, so naturally i use xex menu or F3 to launch them.)

A couple of days back I bought a few DVDs from a local shop (100rs wali), new and old games like Halo 4, Thief, Diablo 3 and Dark Souls 2; all wont run without discs :/
- i tried installing the games > nxe2god, crash
- i tried DVD Extract from F3, crash
- i tried CopyDVD from xexmenu, crash
- i tried with and without $systemupdate folder, and guess what? crash

Wth am i doing wrong? As soon as I start a game without the disc it crashes each time like the game couldn't be launched try downloading again or fatal crash intercepted etc or sometimes (this happens with Thief) the loading screen would show then freeze, console would become non-responsive and i would have to power off and restart. But when i pop in the disc the game works fine :|

I have a sucky internet connection so cant download games hence buying these discs are my only option; its getting really frustrating for me, can anybody help?

you are not creating the image of the game properly or maybe the nand image of your console needs updating/reflashing ... nothing can be said without a proper hands on diagnostic from me ..

@Quadzilla quite possibly you have bad burn discs, it's a common problem with market wali discs !
IF you have a JTAG why not simply download the game from the internet yourself, copy to hdd and enjoy.
Ignore the above line, read the comment about your sucky internet connection.

[MENTION=17078]ahmedleo[/MENTION] thats what i thought but ive bought 4 games all from different vendors but the same issue persists with all of them i dont know what has happened all of a sudden.. I do have an RGH machine but a crappy internet connection so downloading isos would take me ages thanks for replying tho
