[HELP] Display gets vertical lines while gaming

Hi there. I'll keep it short. My screen gets colorful vertical lines while I'm playing heavy games on ultra like Shadow of Mordor, FC4, AC Unity etc.

Things I've done:

• Tried using different displays of different resolutions
• Tested every component of the PC
• Tried using different power cables
• Updated all drivers

Note:

• I've UPS backup but it's a home UPS, not personalized one for my PC
• Problem occurs even on WAPDA but I still get WAPDA through the UPS
• Click on “My PC Specs” for the specifications of my PC
• Happens only on heavy games

Here is a picture of my display when the problem occurs to make it more understandable. I've to restart my PC to make it functional again.

It seems your GPU is faulty. If your card is in warranty you might need to claim it.

I sent my PC back to the shop from where I bought it. They sent my PC to the Sapphire team due to my GPU's brand and they tested it completely.

They said my components aren't faulty at all so I don't think this should be the problem. And my GPU is still in warranty.

Are you using beta or stable release of updated driver?
Also have you tried reinstalling display driver?

I'm using AMD Catalyst Omega 14.12 for my 64-bit OS. Do you think home UPS can be the cause of this problem?

i don't think so ups can cause that problem. try removing your card and use your pc without GPU. if it still shows lines then it's your led if not then it's your GPU.

It only shows lines when I'm gaming, it never showed lines while I'm watching movies, surfing the internet, Photoshopping or doing regular activities, only happens while gaming. And I'm afraid that it might be the GPU's fault because mostly gaming consumes GPU power.

I will also try to get rid off UPS for testing purposes. What do you think?

Bro if ur gpu is in warranty..
before it completely dies and they dont let u claim warranty.
i would suggest.....u kindly get rid of it before....its to late..
and RMA it asap..!!!

My GPU is in warranty. I think I'll have to claim it. Thanks everyone and I will mark this thread as SOLVED after replacing the GPU and see if the problem is fixed.

IT seems GPU issue, but you have you Card Warranty, what else you want, RMA it.

The thing is if I claim my warranty, and I get a new GPU and still the problem occurs, then it'll be of no use. I will remove the UPS and do some testing to make it sure that the GPU is causing the problem.

The warranty still has few months left so I got some pretty much time on my hands. I don't wanna rush it.
