Hello,
So after countless threads; I have finally decided to build a PC. I will be buying it part by part and first, I'm targeting a motherboard and processor. My range is 26-30k. Please bear in mind that I intend to make it as future-safe as possible in terms of longevity and future support of hardware. As far as I know, motherboard is the fundamental core of a PC and so it must be a good one as to support hardware items. An example here is that two years ago, many people suggested an ASUS motherboard H61 something which supported the lowest clocked i3 processor to i7-2700k or something like that. I'm well aware that the newest Intel processor generation has a different pin so it will not support old motherboards but on the whole, im pretty much a noob so avoid expert language. :D

Suggest away. :)

NOTE: I require the following items:

1. Processor

2. Motherboard

3. Graphic card

4. RAM

5. Power supply

AND my maximum budget would be at max 60k for the whole thing.

ASUS H81M-C (6.5k), Intel Core i5 4440 (22k).
That's 28.5k right there.
Don't you need RAM as well?
Spend some on a decent stick of 8GB (1600MHz).

Ofcourse, I do. Do tell why you made these choices?
The motherboard is good enough (since you wont be running an extreme setup).
Secondly, I chose an i5 over the i3 because it'll be future proof.
As for the RAM, you can start off with a Corsair Value stick or make a one-time investment in good Corsair Vengeance RAM sticks.

I'm not sure about graphic cards, I lost interest in this stuff. Someone else can guide you there.
For a PSU, a Corsair VS650 should serve you well and it'll be future proof in case you want to upgrade your CPU/GPU later.

a gtx 750 is the min for 1080p gaming
go for thee most power full single gpu that fits ur budget

as for ram
a min of 1600mhz speed ram is the sweet spot right now

Gigabyte GTX750 (20.5k)
Intel Core i5 4440 (21k)
ASUS H81M-C (6.5k)
Corsair VS650 (7k)
Kingston 8GB 1600MHz (8k)
Total: 63k

If you want to save money on the mobo, choose the slightly cheaper, ASUS H81M-K motherboard which costs 5.8k. Wont make much of a difference.

OR

If you want to save money on your GPU, you can opt for the cheaper, ASUS GTX750 which has fewer cuda cores and only 1GB of VRAM. That'll bring your total down to 58k.
I'd still advise spending a bit extra for the Gigabyte GPU though.

OR

If you think a 650W PSU is overkill, how about The VS550, which is just right. It's 1k cheaper than the 650W one.

I want to get the PC working and up before buying a graphic card. So, I will buy the GPU in the end.

No, I don't want to compromise on the mobo.

I'm not sure but I don't think a 650 W power supply would be good considering that temperatures in Lahore are not really cool so more power is needed? I'm not sure. Can anyone help?

For powersupply , try to get a tier 1 or tier 2 powersupply. Unfortunately I couldn't find one here at an appropriate price :(.
See here for tier liest.

Modifying @murtaza12 Reocmmendations a bit, I give your this

Intel Core i5 4440 (20.3k => price changed) => Cheapest i5 4th you can find is more than enough (even overkill perhaps). So CPU stays the same
ASUS H81M-C (6.5k) => replaced with K, slightly cheaper and not much of a difference
Asus H81M-K (5.8k here)

Gigabyte GTX750 (20.5k) =>GTX 750 is too weak. I highly recomend you DO NOT get this.
r9 270 (20 - 20.5k) i.e here , or other places online/hafeez center for around this price(I have a brand new for sale ;) )=> Would be an insult to compare r9 270 with gt 750. check here for benchmark.
Galaxy had (may come in stock soon, or you may be able to find one in Hafeez center) the cheapest HIS iCooler version for around 20k or 21k. Though I am quite doubtful of its build quality because of the huge difference in price.

Corsair VS650 (6.8k here) => Price updated.

Kingston 8GB 1600MHz (8k)
Total: 63k 62k

PS: If you buy items together, you should be able to get a 1k to 2k discount so your budget will be good at 60k..

my advice, raise the budget to 70k so you can buy H97/Z97 chipset mobo since that mobo is totally future proof because H97/Z97 supports both intel 4th and 5th gen
Note: difference between H97 and Z97 is that Z97 supports OC processors and more multiple GPU than H97

I definitely won't go for overclocking. Same is the case for multiple GPUs.

H97 mobos dekhay thay meinay and they were shitty expensive. Budget is a issue here. Not really open.

What's the difference between the K and the C?

What's the difference between the K and the C?
Hmm according to here and here the C has an extra pci slot , more usb ports, some extra audio feature.

But it also says the C has 100% All High-quality Conductive Polymer Capacitors. Hmm, because of this I think I'll have to change my recommendation back to h81m-c. h81m-c is worth 6.3k here (and probably in other shops at hafeez center as well) so its only a 500rs difference.

Alan wake 2 is yet to recover it's development costs. Due to no physical release and no steam launch.
You reap what you sow. This is what happens when you take away choice from consumers. Even with 88% split going to developers, they can't recoup costs. Meanwhile, Helldivers 2 is a massive hit for Sony thanks in big part to Steam.
