But it lets me build up my PC fast. I want to compromise on less things. I will get the core i5 later?

well if you put it that then there will be a bit of a bottleneck for games that require demanding CPU usage..
rest is okay...
or just wait for more budget and get better cpu too

I'm targetting new parts. :)

What if I get that for now to build the PC earlier? How much of a difference does it have from the i5 you guys suggested? I'm guessing the mobo will support this processor.
These pentium processor work well but only if you overclock them very well and for that u need a expensive mobo so I don't see any point here.
i5 is much better for gaming which I recommend get used one . don't worry Processors don't give issues

That's not entirely correct.

Only the G3258 (anniversary edition) processor can overclock, and that will overclock on non-z motherboards as well. Otherwise no celeron processor or i3's can overclock (except for a tiny bit which no one really cares about). And the G3258 processor isn't available in Pakistan yet. And even this processor, at around 4.5 GHZ matches an i3 only.

Celeron will cause quite a noticable bottleneck. With the r9 270, in moderate cpu demnading games,a very rough estimate is if you get 40 fps from i5, expect to get 30fps from the G3240. Results can be worse and better depending on the game. check out this review for comparison of the G3220 (negligibly slower than your's), and these benchmarks

But the most annoying part which I am quite sure will happen is that in some parts where graphics are important, the game will run smothly and then suddenly you do something that requires a bit of cpu and BAM, your game starts to lag like crazy. So although the average fps may be good, there will most likely be a big difference between the 'max' and 'min' fps you get.

Hmmm. Interesting. Yeah, i would hate lag.

Do you have a system already? If you do have a system already without a GPU and a weak cpu, go for the GPU first (no real point in updating the CPU and not having a GPU) and then update the CPU.

Yes and no. Because my system is a dell optiplex 360. It's old and I want to build a new one.

I just read your previous post again so core i5 it is. I don't want such a bad level of lag and fps drop.
