You can get the same Sony MDR 1A DAC/s for max 30K, by getting it imported from Amazon.com via using a 3rd party services, it retailing nearly 250$ plus add maximum 5K for importing/clearing duty tax etc, And you can spend the remaining money on a decent AMP to drive it (even though it isn't super hard to drive in the first place) bro

How can I get it imported? By the way it has internal amp. I loved the stereo separation, demo'ed it on my cell phone by playing an ALAC file.

Well here on Pg as well as on Facebook there are couple of expert's in this regard like [MENTION=6946]amaga[/MENTION] or [MENTION=2126]Jshak[/MENTION]. Who can get it imported for you. And Sony Mdr 1A is slightly bass heavy headphones. But it doesn't over-emphasizes it like those cheap & overrated Beats headphones

Guys,

I am just looking for some earphones, or headphones in the 500 rupees range. I see some A4tech products like the following.

A4tech Headphone MK-610 = 550
A4tech Headphone MK-650 = 550
A4tech Headphone MK-690 = 700

On various websites. Has anyone used these earphones? Do you have any comments on them?

I also saw A4Tech Headphone with Single Pin Mic- HS 30--i ( A4Tech Headphone with Single Pin Mic- HS 30--i price in Pakistan, A4tech in Pakistan at Symbios.PK ) which would imply that it could also be doubled as a handsfree with a smartphone. Any comments/reviews on this?

Also any comments on Symbios? Reliable? Where is their main office? Karachi or Lahore?

Also, if you have any other suggestions for simple earphones or headphones in the 500-600 range, let me know.

Yes, this is a Xiaomi product.

I'm not aware of any physical store that has these. I think buying online is the only option. But that shouldn't be a problem with cash on delivery service.

Well... It's not like the TCS people will let you open the package to see if you're getting the item you ordered. In fact, I've heard from lots of friends that ordered stuff from kaymu/yayvo that got the wrong sizes on clothes or shoes, and the after sales services was non-existent to the point that they just gave up trying to get the item changed.

Ended up buying the Mi Piston Basic handsfree.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot, but for the price (550 + 100 shipping), these are quite brilliant. Outstanding sound quality, and good build quality. I would definitely recommend these to anyone shopping in this price range.

i think its hardly been a month since i bought these hm5 headphones from [MENTION=14276]annosaad[/MENTION] i never expected this to happen, i used rx700 for so many years and hm5 are so delicate and weak or already had cracks i dont know but it already broke off n developing a crack
6.5k down the drain, i spent this much money so i will have a peace of mind for some time atleast n this is what i got, m seriously disappointed

I was using oem Nokia,Samsung earphones for a long time now so wanted to get a decent set of cans for my gaming,movies and music to experience what i was missing so bought the Sennheiser HD 598 SE(my 1st expensive headphones) few days back...its my upgrade from oem Note 5 earphones...NO Amp yet so using it with my PC(via HDTV headphone port) which was not bad but while using with Laptop(HP Probook 450) or Note 5 results are somewhat lacking.


i was blown away by the sound quality while playing Witcher 3 and almost cried when i listened to flac of Celine dion My heart will go on.

    I have a PS5 but I am not satisfied with the experience. I am currently saving for a 4080 64 GB rig soon. Bit will wait for Pro if performance improves. This gen has been so bad I don't plan on buying consoles anymore for AAA gaming.

    Just downloaded my first legit digital PC game on GoG at a discount of $8: Two Point Hospital. The same team behind Theme Hospital Two Point Studios now part of Sega. And I am having more fun than most recent AAA games except of course BG3.
