The specs of my pc are:
3.2 dual core
2GB DDR3 Ram

i want to buy a video card for around RS. 5000 for gaming. Which will be the best option?

If you can increase your budgeet a bit like 1500-2000 then 9800gt,hd4830,hd4770,gts250 in used will be good and if your budget is fixed then try finding 9600gt,9600gso,hd4670.

get a new amd 4670 from galaxy. it will cost you about 5.5k. if you have a good branded power supply you can also consider for 9800gt or 4830 but for chines power supply 4670 is best option for you.

    did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!
