I am looking to improve my diet. My diet has been all natural for quite a while but I am not getting the results that I want and have reached a plateau. Can anybody guide me in how to improve my diet naturally.

I am also interested in buying protein supplements. A GNC shop is near my home and was thinking of visiting it. Which supplement would you guys recommend. I have obtained a ranking of supplements from https://labdoor.com/rankings/protein. What do you guys recommend.

Okay, I did some research and optimum nutrition 100% gold standard has been recommended a lot. I am thinking of buying that.

They have a pretty good catalog and delivery to home is a plus. Maybe, I should contact their team to ask for the proof of authenticity of their products.

Daraz won't help you in this case because all supplements on their site are sourced from other Pakistani sites like, well.pk, jackednutrition, thesupplement house. You will need to contact the original supplier for authenticity queries.

Anyone has any experience with sportsone? I am confused whether they have authentic products or not, some people say they are authentic and they are indeed the authorized retailers of many good brands like ON, Muscletech and others, but some say they are fishy, so anyone who is buying from them currently can confirm their products are authentic?

GNC is not only expensive they have a very limited variety and their product collection is pathetic.

Sports one fake .. Not recommended

Did went to buy hydroxycut but its printing was suspicious .. It was 110 tab packing whereas no where in world it has such packing

But then bought from GNC. Its was genuine

It was like less than 2 years ago !! I went there as I saw their name on Muscletech as official distributor in Pakistan .

After that incident I don't even bother buying from Pakistan,even GNC are suspicious !! There isn't anything about Pakistan them on their websites not they can arrange from stuff available from website

No, man it was old packing one sensible man can clearly tell the difference of printing on the bottle .. Sports one was like blurry and rough

i don't know what you are talking about as they don't have a picture of the supplement i mentioned. So there is no way you can tell if its original or not unless you get to see it in person.

Are u doing regular forearm exercises cuz without strong forearms ur bicep exercises will not be heavy.

This is really weird as i saw the product but there were no pictures of it and now its not even there. Anyways, Gonna get them from GNC zamzama as i am skeptical of the products available on daraz.pk after reading the stuff here.

Ok here is a good way to know the authenticity of a product, this will be a sure way to find out the authenticity for most products. You can scan the barcode on the product with your mobile and a barcode scanner app, if that bottle is original the barcode will be detected and you will see its information.
The only way this won't work if someone has somehow gotten a lot of empty but original jars/bottles and fill it with fake stuff. but I am guessing its not easy to find empty and original bottles of all products being sold in Pakistan.
