Dopehr me fish khani ha but boil ak piece. U can use only salt with that ar salaad k pattay ar khera ar rat ko just ak roti khani ha. Rice se parhez krni ha ar walk krni ha as much as u can. U'll see the difference in 2 weeks. I have lose 7 kg in 9 days. But I use to ru n for about 3 km daily with my hood amd jersy on me.

Everything was going well until August 2015. But when I ordered some items in September, I got a letter from IMO office Lahore that my package has been detained by customs.
When I went there a few days ago I heard the dreadful news that Govt has issued a new letter and all food/dietary supplements are banned and nobody is allowed to import these even for personal use.

I really don't get this, what is the purpose of this stupid and moronic decision? What I eat is my business, unless I am importing something illegal or dangerous there should be no restriction on things like dietary supplements.

Has anyone else faced the same situation? Any one here who buy supplements from abroad and has been told the same thing by customs?

True, jahil kisam k log baithay hain Govt main jin ko siwaye fazool kisam ki restrictions laganay k aur koi kaam nahi ha, koi positive kaam to krna nahi bus logon ko tang krna ha kisi trha, jahalat ki inteha ha bhai.
They are only giving opportunity to custom so they can demand "kharcha pani" for the release of such items, because that's what Govt institutions are always looking for. I was so happy to finally able to buy the things I like on internet and now this pathetic decision. There is no hope here.

They are only giving opportunity to custom so they can demand "kharcha pani" for the release of such items, because that's what Govt institutions are always looking for. I was so happy to finally able to buy the things I like on internet and now this pathetic decision. There is no hope here.

tell me the title of the letter you received , I'll ask my friend who has a supplement business in khi , and will confirm thats its for only personal uses or business' restriction

Yes this is indeed a very bad news for anyone who wants to purchase supplements online. They also told me that I had to get a NOC from Islamabad and that is just impossible for me to do it, First of all this process will take a lot of time and most probably I will have to do this every time I get a package, that is just not possible for a person who is just buying stuff for personal use, in the end it will cost me much time and way more expense to buy any supplement, so its not feasible.
Screw this Govt and their stupid policies, one more setback for common people in this country.

Fat burner/ Weight loss supplement query!!!

Greetings everyone,

I hope we have some good bodybuilders who have proper knowledge about the food supplements such as fat burner and wright loss. I am guy who is 6 feet tall and currently weighing around 91.3 KG. I have been on weight loss diet for last two months and reduced my weight from 102KGs to 91.3KGs and now I am also hitting gym for last 3 weeks. I have improved a lot but now my weight has stuck between 90-91kg and I want to bring it down to 80-85kgs as per my height, this is an ideal weight of my body. Weight is actually not a big issue for me. The problem is that I have 21% of body fat, which I want to cut down to at least 15%.

So for that I am looking for a supplement for weight loss and fat burner. So anyone would care to help me out on this matter as I have no other source for this query.

Kindly if anyone has any proper knowledge or can guide me from their personal experiences. I would really appreciate it.
