I started gym today after 5 yrs gap
When I left gym I had a slight muscular body weight around 73kg but now I m all fat weighting 91kg and a big tummy
Need suggestions to lose weight and tummy. I don't have much time to exercise all day. All I have is 1 hour after office that is from 7:30 to 8:30.
Keep in mind I won't be getting any weight reduction supplements, pills etc. No special diet as I prefer pak food like karahi biryani qorma blah blah. I can live without junk food for 2 3 months.
I m thinking about 30 min treadmill running/Walking and cycling and 30 min intense game(shoulder, bi tri, wings). I already hav a deformed chest thanks to 5 yrs gym rest (men boobs)
so I won't b lifting any weight on chest or it will get bigger
Need expert advice
Also note that I have to take dinner after gym that will b around 9 pm. Is it harmful to eat roti, rice (traditional pak food) right after gym as I won't be going out for a walk after that meal
