okay so its been 4 months since no load coming on my biceps.because 4 or 5 months before i workedout on my forearms with heavy weight continuously till 3 weeks since then no matter what excercise i do of biceps all the load goes on my forearms,and i noticed my grip and the way i do any bicep excercise,its not the grip or angle,any help would be very appreciated.
go to bodybuilding.com there you can pick any programs , there are tons of good programs follow one and each day they will train you and hope you will get good results , and increase protein in your diet too , diet is 60-70% reason of success

any tips for iftar/ sehri i am on a diet and i think it will be difficult to be on track in Ramadan :(
hmm........ ? you asking for dieting or lifting?
do normal things what you can do , just fast the whole ramzan and your dieting will be fine , fasting is the perfect diet , just eat the things you need and thats it ,

i think you didn't understood my problem,it has nothing to do with diet.

anyone here who runs on regular basis or 2-3 times a week?
I tried too but it gets boring, would have been better if I can find a motivated partner cause running makes your tummy flat.
Anyways, I switched over to skipping then.

skipping rope is one hell of a exercise plus it needs/builds good coordination,anyway,how much distance did you run?? and you can motivate yourself by taking part in races and aim to achieve first position...

My avger5pace is 7min/km. I keep it slow to cover more distance without getting tired very quickly. And yes non stop 3km. I never tried to run at fast speed because i dont think i can do it..but i will give it a shot after ramadan.
And during this month inshallah ill go for jogging after aftari. And during normal days my time is between 6 to 7pm in summer and in winter its 5 to 6pm.

I go to race course park lahore.yes i will try it after ramadan i want to see if i can increase my pace. Bmi is 27.

if you used to jog 6km and now 3km then i think your bmi should be under 24....

Ur right. But like i said i tool break from jogging and during that perioid i gained some weight. I started in january and after a week i was back at 6km but that hurted my foot, i took off again and in april started from scratch. For 2 months i just walked and from 1st june i started jogging for 3km. Next month im planning to push towards 6km.
