[GUIDE]How to verify your PayPal account for free!

Here I am with another cool guide for you guys, so open a new browser window and do this as I say.
I hope I posted this in the right section, if not then just move it.

Step1: Go to NetSpend and make an account using a valid AMERICAN address, but not your own.
Such as

After you have done opening an account and then making an online access account.Make a new PayPal account with the same info as before (NO DIFFERENCE OR YOU WILL BE REJECTED!)

When done signing up, Open netspend and click on "PayPal Tranfers" under the tab "Add/Manage Money"

Step2: Write down all the info they give you on the next page.

Step3: Open PayPal and click on "Add Bank Account", which is on the right pane.

Step4: Type the exact info they gave you at NetSpend and click continue.

Step5: Choose the option "Activate in 2-3 days" not the instant activation.

Step6: Wait 4 business days, maximum!

Step7: By now Paypal would have transferred 2 small amounts of money in your NetSpend account.Write those down

Step8: Click "Confirm Bank Account" on PayPal and type the amounts you previously have written on paper.

Step9: Voila! Enjoy Free Verified PayPal

Step10: Thank me! by "Liking" this post.

There is a way by using Payoneer Cards issued by Choice Bank.I don't really have any experience in that because i receive and send funds online without the use of a credit card.

Also do know even know it becomes verified but paypal does have additional measures. If it see's that your not from the US it may limit your account again and then ask from you a Valid photo ID with that address on it along with a copy of your utility Bill. So in order to be safe just transfer the money as soon as the money enters into paypal to avoid any loss of money due to this.

Use it from Pakistan and it will get banned/limited i.e Pakistani IPs.

Secondly, they are now doing random bank account verification checks and now ask you to send them a scanned copy of your credit/debit card.

No it does not ban, my friend has been using this trick for a year now. -.-

Secondly, it DOES limit your account. I'm telling you from experience. Jshak can testify to the fact that Paypal has been limiting accounts used from non-PP countries.

I will support what Abby said, paypal do random checks and anytime, hell I know people who are using business accounts on the personal bank account name which is not allowed, but they haven't been caught yet.

Anyway since this trick don't have anything to loose, give it a shot

Let me clear the confusion you have.

I've 3 verified accounts. All legit to be precise. Putting in short, the verification is not the problem. Nowadays Paypal are asking for Physical Photo shoot ( image of the person ) holding his Driving license, passport or any legal document to verify the person.

Secondly, the address mentioned on Paypal, works something like this.

Remember Moneybookers ???? When you add your Primary or Secondary address, they send you a mail, in which a Code appears and once that is done, your address gets verified.

Same process is being applied here. A mail comes to your address and the code must have to be filled in the blank area.

Chalo, no problem you managed to get this code.... How will you pass the National Tax Number ..... ????

This is going to be " Mandatory ", yes you heard me right " MANDATORY, MANDATORY " for the account holder to match his

- Letter of Address with the mentioned code
- Bank Details having the the National Tax Number in the file ( A cover Letter is now required from the bank )
- A security Deposit of 500 $ to Paypal Account ( Only for Fraud cases )

In all of this, you can get verified. Down the line .... " LIMIT ACCOUNT " ....
