In my opinion, one should not try to speak/type any language if he/she is not good in that. Same goes for English, it doesn't really make someone cool if they speak/type English and most of these type of guys speak/type English worse than Meera.

If they don't speak it, they will never get better at it.

unargueably in professional life communication skills matter more than technical skill even for a person who is working in technical capacity
but , it is A v firm BUTTTTT (pause) , this forum welcomes people from all backgrounds , i dont think if it will be ethical to mock people who have poor english not bcoz of the fault of thier own. Although some fellas use funkee english deleberately but we cant frame all bcoz of few.

^There are different types of people. Some who accept change in a positive way, and welcome it.
Others are way to stubborn and have a narcissistic personality to accept they can be wrong!
The latter never learn! Most (if not all) of the Paki's fall in this category.
I advice you people to read the book "who moved my cheese", as it tells what happens to the persons who don't accept change and vice-versa!
