u cant expect 3D gaming with a graphics card under a budget of 10k.... u will defiantly need something with alot more power, like a GTX 570 to play 3D compatible games with 1080p resolution. And there are no 3D capable monitors in PAK expect for LEDs tvs..

for 10k Rs the New Card Option is HIS ICEQ 5670 DDR5 for 8.8k Rs available at Galaxy

The Used Card alternative has to be HD4890 which is being sold for around 10k Rs and is significantly powerful than other alternatives though this card needs a solid 30-35Amps PSU

Unless you have a big budget, no need to invest in 3D Kits. They may require a 120 Hz LCD/LED. The entire package will be very expensive.

For graphics cards, slightly improve your budget and invest in Gigabyte GTX 550Ti 1 GB for PKR 12800 from here. Make sure that you have a proper 450W or 500W PSU.

430 or 520
430 and 520 both are not made for gaming !! but HTPC !! don;t misguide !! a 4890 or 550ti are two option but in 4890 you might have little lag in dx11 tittles played at max :/ but at this price range these things are ignore-able !! 550ti gives better dx11 support but its not THAT powerfull but good for this price range :? cheers

BTW I'm also selling 4890 if you're interested !!!
