I got a 750ti 2gb ddr5 it's been used with no problems for some months but after a sudden power surge of literally 3ms or something that caused the whole computer to shut down and power back on instantly, I think it blew up a capacitor or 2 because there's a red blinking light and it will not boot up at all. It boots up for just a few seconds but shuts down immediately. I'm looking for repair shops in Karachi that could possibly swap out the capacitors or fix whatever else the problem is.
