They said that their shipment was in customs clearance and they would contact me within a week.And that was on 15th of December.I asked them again and they told me to contact on the numbers,did not get a reply from any of those.

Its been more than two months.I got in contact with them yesterday.
They said that their shipment is still in the clearance and their import license is being revoked which means they can't import anymore.
Now they are offering me refund of the advance fee.
