During building my pc I was messing with gpu fans suddenly there was a little sound (machis pataka sound) after that my gpu fans dot work but gpu working perfectly fine. I even tested gpu fan wires with case fans still no luck.
Does anyone know the cause ?
By the way I'm using two case fans to cool down my gpu now.

sounds like you probably shorted the fans on the gpu...if you can locate fan's power cable coming out of it and into the gpu..you should be able to test via voltmeter if the socket is still providing power and then replace the fans

What were you doing exactly? cuz usually they don't shorted on routine cleaning.

Wire got shorted, which means you need alternate wire to be mod on it. Which might be simple.

First thing is that it shouldn't have happened considering
Now hardware has short circuit protection ( the system will shutdown or that hardware will shutdown before poping )
Even if the blades of the fan are stopped by hand still the circuits have protection to avoid mishaps.

Keeping in mind that your GPU has multiple fans and none of them work and keeping in mind the pataka sound most probably your GPU fan controller is dead.
When a running motor is stopped by some external force it draws too much current to overcome that force and tries to rotate. That over current might have resulted in that pataka and destroyed the controller and that fan as well. So i think one of the fan and GPU fan controller is dead. Or it might be either of them is dead.
But again keeping in mind the protections now the circuits have i think it was just your bad luck. Because i had my GPU fan stopped multiple times due to a sata cable that was touching it but nothing bad happened. Also i have even dropped nuts and bolts ( by mistake ) on my GPU's back, the GPU just stops giving display and after a restart everything is back alive running perfect.

Just tape a case fan on the card for now and tell me which gpu you are using exactly 😶

well avoid touching the gpu fan which is considered a sin i suggest replace a fan by a aftermarket one if your gpu is a stock then it'll be difficult to find parts. try using intel stock cooler as a gpu fan of it usually helps

I think you are right my gpu fan controller died, I am using case fans to cool it. I have to live with it now :/

The case looks tight that is why it exploded ( I have seen a wind force r9 280x and that was a big card my friend had to modify his dell case just to fit it ) the psu us too close and touching the gpu if fans are not working of gpu just remove the plastic fan rim keep the aluminum heat sink on and let case fans cool it

70 is totally fine for that GPU rather a very good temp keeping in mind your tiny case. Just for future, for tiny cases like these the GPU with blower fans always give much lower gpu and case temps :)

Plastic fan cage is already removed if u look closely. Gpu is dead close but not touching the cpu cooler or psu.

Well you can always adjust the speed using msiafterburner etc what i meant was if your gpu was stock for nvidia cards their stock version often have small fans like a blower i think intel size might help there otherwise 90mm and 120mm will do the trick aswell

did you try setting up Google Payments? For UBL you may have to get it enabled for internet transactions, Naya should work without it!

Did y'all see the new Assassin's Creed trailer? They finally made a AC set in Japan & then they put a negro as the male protagonist. Ubisoft is taking cues from Disney, and it isn't gonna end well for them, just like Disney. Go woke, go broke!

if we are moving towards more and more popular trash across platforms that make billions for companies, I'm happy with all the barriers and exclusivity because at least that brings some pressure to create good stuff.
