Hi,I intend to buy a smartphone but I found new good smartphones too expensive. I checked Galaxy Note 5 and its price seems reasonable. Please inform me if I buy this would it properly run most games and apps for at least two years from now. Kindly inform or please suggest me some other good smartphone in this range. Note 5 is available for 48,000.

Spending 48k on a Note 5 is ridiculous.

You could buy a Xiaomi Mi6 or something else in that budget.

Note 5 is already well past its expiry date. It's been 2 years since it's release and Samsung has stopped updates for it as well.

Thanks for your guidance. I checked Xiaomi Mi6 review. The phone seems very nice but the screen size is small and it has no headphone jack. Is there some work around for getting headphone jack funcutionality? Also are there some other options? Kindly inform.

You can get it from mistore.pk
They are authorised distributors for Xiaomi in Pakistan. It also comes with SmartLink 1 year warranty.
The same website has accessories too I think, if not, cases and protectors should be available on Daraz.pk.

Who says good phones are cheap? xD companies like huawei and xiaomi provides beast specs for lower price (unless you want to go for companies like qmobile and oppo shit : / never go for them)
First of all tell me your range and then ill recommend you some phones
In huawei ill recommend huawei mate 10 lite for 30k and i really liked this phone as it has higher ratio and 4 cameras i.e dual front and dual back camera but has a kirin processor unlike xiaomi which gives snapdragon
In xiaomi almost all of its model are worth it starting from note 4 the phone is a beast at 25k it gives 4gb ram,4100mah battery and snapdragon 625
Next is xiaomi A1 if you want awesome camera and stock android go for this one and it cost 30k for 64gb rom and 26k for 32gb rom
Then comes xiaomi mi max 2, if you want a big screen of 6 inch and large battery of 5200mah go for this phone for 32k
Then comes mi 6 this phone is absolute best but lack of headphone jack disappoi ted me : / btw this phone is for 46k i believe
Then comes the legendary bezeless xiaomi mi mix 2 for 64k. But its more of a fancy phone as it doesnt have a headphone jack too xD
I hope this helps [emoji4]

Xiaomi has recently gained a lot of popularity because of great value for money. If the lack of headphone jack and small screen put you off the Mi 6, then take a look at the Xiaomi Mi Max 2.
It's got a huge 6.4" screen, a headphone jack and a 5300 mAh battery, so it should easily last you around 2 days as well. Available for 35,000 on MiStore, so you save a ton of money if you decide on buying that.

Thanks hunni99. My range is 50k. Please inform which is the second best Xiaomi phone after mi 6. Also is Xiaomi a reliable brand with good quality?
Damn thats a huge budget, well to be true i have been a fan of xiaomi since 2015 but as xiaomi recently came in 2016 in pakistan not alot of people know about it but to be honest to me xiaomi is the best budget phone company what makes this company unique is that they always use snapdragon in their phone and not alot of companies do that (e.g oppo vivo or huawei) thats why xiaomi is on top 3rd best selling phone company not only that unlike samsung which gimps sensors in their budget devices xiaomi actually gives all of the sensors in their phones, i have been using xiaomi since 2015 and they are pretty reliable but one problem that i found in them is that they are fragile so always use a cover or a protector with their phone.
Now coming to the phone i will recommend mi max 2 if you want a big screen
P.s if you are worried about mi6 not having headphone jack xiaomi includes a headphone adapter in their box. [emoji4]

Imo, if you can find a OnePlus 5 slightly used or new condition or maybe if u can afford the OnePlus 5t it's probably the best bang for the buck
I'm using the OnePlus 5 which was a few days used and man I am surely satisfied with it. :)

I would advice to buy Oneplus 5T, or even 3T, whichever is in your budget. Otherwise Htc 10 is also available at 42k, terrific phone. Htc U11 is a bit expensive at 55k +/-.

I had ordered Mi Max 2 on 15/1/18 at the following site:

Mi Pakistan - Official Xiaomi

Today I enquired about it's shipping status and the courier service told me that it will reach me tomorrow and that it has been shipped from Faisalabad. I earlier thought that the Xiaomi official headquarter in Pakistan is based in Karachi. I searched and got some clue that may be it is based in Lahore. This has confused me as to whether I have ordered the product to a reliable and authentic site and whether I would get the proper product without any hanky panky. Also there exists another Xiaomi site mentioned below:

Xiaomi Store in Pakistan | XiaomiStore.PK Mobile

So kindly clarify which site is authentic and whether I have placed my order to an authentic site. Kindly also inform where Xiaomi official headquarter is located in Pakistan. Best regards and thanks in advance.

mistore.pk is legit and authentic. They have a very large outlet in Faisalabad so they do usually ship from there. Nothing to be worried about.

No problem at all. Glad you chose something that fulfills your requirements.

Do post some photos of the device in the Unboxing zone when you get it. :D
