Gaming PC in 130k

Milky way, can ship to Andromeda too!
Please suggest a PC for 130k...
Can be used or new...
I can't decide whether to buy 980ti (price would be around 80k when it arrives here) and or 980... I mean if I buy a 980ti , I'd have to go with i5 instead of i7 and no ssd...

Concentrate on the GPU.
There is almost no difference between i7 and i5 in gaming (from 2nd Gen and More)

Yes i think it is.
Your budget it good.

However i will always suggest you to know your requirement before you buy these items. Some people just buy expensive items to take part in the race, Some to Max out games on Full HD, Some to just fulfill their gaming desires without calculating what they actually need and how can they achieve it.

and i will always suggest people 'not to spend more than you need to'.

Since you are aiming for a New built with a good budget, i will suggest waiting and going for the 5th gen.
It will have latest support for 5th (and may be 6th gen), DDR4 and etc.

Wait is worth it.

Allright.
Any idea when is 5th gen going to arrive here in Pak? Few weeks or few months..?

I could also import 980ti for around 65k but it would also have taken some time...I think I should wait for 5th gen i5 and import 980ti then.

    Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.

    tbh gaming industry as a whole is failing much like tech industry. They have buckled down too much to Corporate suites then relying on passionate and innovative people. A corporate only believes in financial growth and shareholders.

    170 + countries where Steam sells but PSN doesn't will lose access unless they use VPN
