Gaming laptop selling price advise

Hi guys

I have the laptop (Acer Aspire V Nitro) with following configuration for few years and i am planning to sell it, here is the link to the one i have:

The only difference is that i had upgraded ram to 12 gb and installed 256 gb pcie ssd as well. It is a true quad core intel i5 6th gen cpu.

Core I5 6300HQ Quad Core
12 gb ddr4 ram
256 gb ssd
1 tb hd
nvidia gtx 960m

There are few problems that have developed in it:

1. I have to keep any one of the keys pressed (i am using num lock key for this purpose), if i do not do it, the laptop shuts down but with 1 key pressed, it works flawlessly. Dont know what caused this as i have never have this laptop repaired or checked.
2. Touch pad is not working, probably some cable issue since i have opened the laptop few times in order to upgrade ram, ssd and stuff. I use standalone wireless mouse with it and hardly anyone uses touchpad for mouse functions.
3. Shift key seems to be keeping pressed as when i try to type something, it auto selects all content on page.

Battery timing is perfect, gives around 2.5 hrs easily on moderate load.

So, what price i can expect in the same condition?

Pressing the button seem to short something on the motherboard.
You need to get the keyboard checked.
